Orders may be placed for items on the Internet via
email, fax, mail, or phone. Virginia Vettes accepts Visa and
Master credit cards or U.P.S. COD. We respect the security of
this information and are diligent in protecting our customers.
Be aware, the Internet system does offer some risk, so if this
is a concern simply call, write, or fax us the information.
Policies
GUARANTEE: Virginia Vettes guarantees the
workmanship and material of all new and reproduction products
sold for 30 days from invoice ship date. If you are dissatisfied
with any of our products for any reason during this 30 day
period, simply return the part prepaid to us for a refund or
exchange. AFTER 30 DAYS, ALL PRODUCTS INSTALLED OR USED ARE
WARRANTED ACCORDING TO THE MANUFACTURER'S TERMS AND ARE NOT THE
RESPONSIBILITY OF VIRGINIA VETTES.
RECEIPT OF ORDER: Inspect your merchandise immediately
upon receipt of your order. Notify Virginia Vettes of any
shortages or discrepancies in your order within 30 days from
shipment date. NO CLAIMS ALLOWED AFTER 30 DAYS.
DAMAGED PARTS & INSURANCE: All parts shipped are
insured for the amount of purchase. Delivery of the products in
good condition is the responsibility of the carrier. Should the
order arrive damaged or missing merchandise, immediately notify
the carrier (U.P.S., Truck Freight company, etc.) and Virginia
Vettes at 1-757-229-0011. Keep all shipping materials (box,
packing, etc.) intact until an inspection is made by the
carrier. The carrier will make a report and take the necessary
steps to settle the claim. If this procedure is not followed,
the carrier may not honor the claim and the loss will become the
responsibility of the customer.
CORE REFUNDS: Customers who have purchased a product
which is sold on an exchange basis and had a core deposit
applied, must return the required rebuildable core within 30
days form the date of shipment. Copy of the original invoice is
required with the return. Failure to return cores within 30 days
may result in reduction or loss of the core deposit.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: If you have questions or
concerns regarding the return or exchange, please notify
Virginia Vettes' Customer Service Department at 1-757-229-0011
Monday - Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (Eastern
Standard Time). RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 60 DAYS and return
shipping must be prepaid. C.O.D. RETURN PACKAGES WILL NOT BE
ACCEPTED. Returns made within 30 days from the day of shipment
are not subject to any restocking fees or charges. Parts
received 30 - 60 days from the date of shipment are subject to a
15% restocking fee on all parts that are not wanted by the
customer, but were sent correctly by Virginia Vettes. The
customer is responsible for returning parts in the SAME
CONDITION THEY WERE RECEIVED, with proper packaging, and
INSURANCE to cover the value of parts being returned. CANADIAN
AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS MUST CALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE
DEPARTMENT FOR AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN PARTS.
BACK ORDERS: In the event a part is not in stock at the
time of the order, we will hold back the order until the part
comes in or for 30 days at which time we will automatically
cancel the back order. If the back order must be cancelled a
refund will be issued at that time. Please notify Virginia
Vettes as soon as possible if you would like to cancel a back
order.
NON-STOCKED PARTS: All non-stocked parts are ineligible
for return. These parts include all fiberglass parts shipped
truck freight and non-original interior components. Some
interior parts other than red or black are considered special
ordered or non-stocked parts. Please call before returning any
fiberglass or interior parts.
SUBJECT TO CHANGE: Due to the length of time our sales
information is in effect, changes may occur in prices,
availability, and specifications of parts without notice.
Consequently, we may be forced to discontinue parts or impose
price increases. Changes may also occur in our policies and

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER: Virginia Vettes is not
responsible for any damage, injury, loss, or any other charges
caused by delays or incurred in the replacement of any defective
items. Virginia Vettes' liability is limited to the replacement
and the shipping cost of defective items only. Improper
installation, damage, or injury resulting from the use of items
sold by said corporation are the purchaser's responsibility.

Shipping Information
Virginia Vettes uses a variety of freight carriers. We will
select the most efficient and cost effective method and pass on
applicable discounts where feasible. U.P.S. Ground Service
delivers to a large section of the U.S. within 3 days from our
location. Also available are Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day.
Virginia Vettes only charges actual carrier charges and does not
tack on handling or extra shipping charges. Most orders are
shipped same day without special fees. Truck shipments must be
prepaid or charged on a credit card at the time of shipment.
